Agent activation steps

When you are activated, you will receive an email in your inbox to start the activation process.

NOTE:  If this email is not in your Inbox, please check your Junk folder.

Click on Get Mobile.

In the second email, please enter an email address that is accessible from the mobile device where you want to install the Komyunity app.

NOTE:  If this email is not in your Inbox, please check your Junk folder.

Click Send.

Open the app. Click on ACTIVATE.

Enter your Genesys WFM user name into the Username field.

Enter your  Genesys WFM password.

Paste the activation token into the Account Activation Token field.

Accept the terms by clicking on the checkbox.

Click Activate.

After you have activated the app, you can log out and log in again using your Genesys WFM username and password.
