Komyunity now pops to Genesys Agent Workspace

Komyunity Desktop Notifier now allows you to display important information as a pop-up on the agent’s desktop. It is an effective way of pushing communications that are urgent, or have high importance, or just to keep your employees up-to-date on what is happening in the contact center.  You can also use the Desktop Notifier to inform your employees to take a break, or that there is a change in their schedule.
