While we are all at home practicing social distancing, let’s make an extra effort to stay virtually connected.  Reach out to team members, because people who are used to working in an office can feel very isolated when working from home.

We are helping all of our customers stay in touch with their agents working from home with our free-format message notifications, that can be sent to one or a group of agents to help keep the communication lines open between the contact center and agents.
